Personal Support
Welcoming you to well equipped treatment rooms is part of our support, as is tailoring services to meet individual requirements.
An example is offering out of hours appointments. Early morning, or evening visits can be arranged beyond our normal hours, which are Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 5:30pm.
The team of consultants at Harley Street Maxillofacial are leaders in their field and happy to share knowledge where this helps. Medical jargon, or vague statements are avoided, clear information which can be understood is more useful.
Good communication should start on your first contact with our clinic and continue throughout. During consultation, diagnosis, treatment and any aftercare you require.
Regulatory Compliance
Our consultants and support staff are registered with relevant professional bodies, in most cases, they are also members of specialist bodies.
Organisations such as the General Medical Council and General Dental Council set standards for their members, as do the individual membership bodies. The UK is one of the safest places in the world to seek medical care.
The UK government regulator for our clinic is The Care Quality Commission. We meet requirements they set and those from other medical regulators. You are welcome to see more details on our regulatory environment from the link in the on page menu.
Visiting Our Clinic
A location map is below, showing the area we are in. This is close to main London through roads if you are driving and well served by rail, underground links, buses, or taxis. For detailed travel options and directions, please click on the icon in the centre of the map.
Going The Extra Mile
Finding the best people to treat you is a sound start, although getting well can involve more. You need to have confidence in treatment, which you instinctively recognise as focused on your case.
Every member of our team appreciates the value this offers and knows each patient who comes to us is unique. Medical procedures may be in place for good reason but personal support should be truly individual.
If you require any further information on levels of care, or medical regulation, please contact us. You will find our staff are friendly, helpful and used to supporting a range of personal needs.
