With two decades at the top of her profession, as a Harley Street orthodontist, Dr Neale has treated a wide range of cases. They range from giving her patients a beautiful smile, to playing a key part in facial reconstructive surgery.
Working as part of a maxillofacial surgical team is a regular part of Dr Neale’s work, changing patients lives. The same can apply to a range of adult orthodontic care, or helping a young person to achieve their goal.

Academic Background
Dr Neale’s career began in 1990, when she graduated as a dental surgeon from King’s College Hospital, University of London. Time in practice followed, gaining experience in dentistry and patient needs, before returning to a hospital environment.
This offered specialist training in children’s dentistry and key posts in oral & maxillofacial surgery. Dr Neale obtaining a Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 1995.
Building skills and knowledge remained important to Dr Neale. She undertook four further years of academic study and clinical training, based at the Eastman Dental Institute, a world leading part of University College London.
The first year saw her awarded a Master of Science with Distinction and a Diploma in Dental Public Health, from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Appointment as a Specialist Registrar in Orthodontics came next.
Dr Neale spent three years in post, awarded a further Master of Science degree in 2000, for her research into facial muscle molecular biology. Membership in Orthodontics at the Royal College of Surgeons of England soon followed.
An entry on the General Dental Council’s Specialist List in Orthodontics reflects Dr Neale’s standing, along with her exceptional academic background.
